Carles Abellan, the visionary Catalan chef, started working in El Bulli for 15 days and ended up staying 15 years. After passing through the finest cuisines and connoisseur of Sevillian cuisine, Carles Abellan today shows us the best of the new Spanish gastronomy proposing a new culinary axis: Sevilla / Barcelona. Carles Abellan also manages among others, BRAVO Kitchen at the W Hotel Barcelona and Commerce 24, for which he has been recognized with a Michelin star in 2007. His new proposal Yango Urban Foods focuses on the recovery of fast food in a Mediterranean way. In Ena surprises us with a fun and ingenious menu with some of his classics like ""Bomb Barceloneta"" or ""Jobless Wings"" and new proposals inspired and surprising Andalusian style.
